Adding Past Requests Into Feedback

After configuring settings, you're ready to populate Feedback with requests. Doing so allows your users to view the requests they've made and/or check the status of their most important requests. Having access to this data gets your users interested and encourages them to return to check for request updates. 

By the end of the course, you'll be able to: 

• Add a single request directly through the Feedback UI
• Explain the best practices for importing requests
• Describe the prerequisites for importing a request backlog
• Use a template to bulk import a request backlog or a list of requests
