Pendo Admin Certification
Learn what it takes to be a Pendo Admin. This course is designed to give you insight and direction of how to build and manage any Pendo subscription. Pass the exam to become Pendo Admin certified!
This certification course is designed to help you learn more about what it takes to manage Pendo at your organization, and how to achieve company goals using Pendo.
Depending on the size of your organization, you may be tasked with running the "operational" side of Pendo, or you may also be the person who wants to use Pendo to improve your end-user's experience. Because of this, we have divided up the course into two sections for each type of Admin responsibility: operational and strategic.
For these sections, we’ve included free, downloadable worksheets to help you stay organized on your Pendo journey.
Course prerequisites:
We recommend having knowledge of how the Pendo app works first before taking this course. To learn the basics, take either the free Pendo for Web or Pendo for Mobile course. You can also choose to get certified in the basics by taking Pendo Essentials On-Demand. Either of these three options will equip you with the necessary knowledge to begin your Pendo Admin training.
