This course is designed to familiarize you with Feedback's frequently used features. The purpose is to provide a high-level introduction to Feedback after the initial setup.

By the end of the course, you'll be able to:

  • Identify at a high-level the features in Feedback that allow organizations to gather, analyze, filter, and respond to product input and requests
  • Explain how to review and triage feedback data at the right time
  • Use data collected in Feedback to create reports that will inform product decisions
