Outcome: Following this session, you should have 3-6 specific quantitative and qualitative metrics identified that will enable you to:
- Align a targeted tagging strategy
- Build a relevant custom dashboard
- Leverage polls/surveys/NPS to capture feedback
This will ensure you have an established measurement strategy that is aligned with current initiatives and that you understand the value of Pendo's analytics capabilities.
Pre-requisites: For this session, bring an example of a key initiative that your product and design team is delivering this quarter. You do not need to have any existing Pendo knowledge to benefit from this session.
