Pendo Discover: Early access onboarding

Pendo Discover is a continuous discovery and validation platform designed to help you build what matters most to your customers. Building something that fits the market and is actually used by your customers requires getting the product discovery part right. But many organizations lack a true product discovery process or their discovery is filled with noise that product managers struggle to interpret or prioritize. To fix this broken process, you'll need to create a repeatable, reliable, data-driven discovery engine. With Discover, you'll be able to store feedback from multiple sources in one location, gather evidence and data for ideas, and customize views to involve different stakeholders as you work with them to build your products. 

In this session, you’ll be empowered to start using Discover to improve your product discovery process. You'll learn about best practices and early milestones in onboarding to Discover. 

By the end of the session, you’ll be able to:

• Demonstrate how to effectively get data into Discover to unlock insights.
• Demonstrate the process of linking feedback items to ideas to report on the data.
• Create and share saved views for different stakeholders and use cases.
